Our Journey

We started with a desire to serve great food at a fair price. 

We combined it with our need to serve our community.  

This led to a one-of-a-kind food trailer, certified by Blue Zones for our healthy options, and loved by all who experience our distinctive cuisine.

Our signature combination platter - chicken katsu, grilled zucchini, and beef skewers served on top of Jasmine rice (or brown rice upon request).
